หมวด ๖ คณะกรรมการ

กรรมการคนใดจะลาออกจากตำแหน่ง ให้ยื่นใบลาออกต่อบริษัท การลาออกมีผลนับแต่วันที่ใบลาออกไปถึงบริษัท กรรมการซึ่งลาออกตามวรรคหนึ่ง จะแจ้งการลาออกของตนให้นายทะเบียนทราบด้วยก็ได้
