หมวด ๔ การแจ้ง

ในกรณีที่มีผู้รับเกินห้าสิบคนเจ้าหน้าที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่เริ่มดำเนินการในเรื่องนั้นว่าการแจ้งต่อบุคคลเหล่านั้นจะกระทำโดยวิธีปิดประกาศไว้ ณ ที่ทำการของเจ้าหน้าที่และที่ว่าการอำเภอที่ผู้รับมีภูมิลำเนาก็ได้ ในกรณีนี้ให้ถือว่าได้รับแจ้งเมื่อล่วงพ้นระยะเวลาสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งโดยวิธีดังกล่าว
