(๓) คณะกรรมการให้ออกโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะรัฐมนตรี
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๖ การขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๑๖ (๑/๑) ให้ถือว่าเป็นการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามกำหนดเวลาในสัญญาจ้าง
