หมวด ๒ สภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด

สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดย่อมเป็นผู้แทนของปวงชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนั้น และต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามความเห็นของตนโดยบริสุทธิ์ใจ ไม่อยู่ในความผูกมัดแห่งอาณัติมอบหมายใด ๆ
