หมวด ๔ คณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัด
(๑) มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๗ (๒) เป็นสัปปุรุษประจำมัสยิดในจังหวัดนั้นมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งปีก่อนวันคัดเลือก
(๓) มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดนั้นมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งปีก่อนวันคัดเลือก
