หมวด ๕ คณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำมัสยิด
(๑) มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๗ (๒) เป็นสัปปุรุษประจำมัสยิดนั้นมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันคัดเลือก
(๓) มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดที่มัสยิดนั้นตั้งอยู่ไม่น้อยกว่าเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันคัดเลือก
