หมวด ๖ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดอาญาต่อบุคคลใดเพราะเหตุที่บุคคลนั้น สามี ภริยา ผู้บุพการี หรือผู้สืบสันดานของบุคคลนั้นจะมา หรือได้มาเป็นพยาน ต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ กึ่งหนึ่ง
