ส่วนที่ ๑ ขอบเขตการเกณฑ์
(๑) สถานที่สำหรับใช้พักแรมหรือสร้างที่พักแรม
(๒) เชื้อเพลิง น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง สิ่งหล่อลื่น และก๊าซ
(๓) ยานพาหนะพร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้สำหรับการซ่อมบำรุงยานพาหนะนั้น
(๔) สัตว์พาหนะพร้อมด้วยเครื่องผูกเทียมและเครื่องใช้สำหรับสัตว์พาหนะนั้น
