การเกณฑ์สถานที่สำหรับใช้พักแรมหรือสร้างที่พักแรมตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๑) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารต้องแจ้งไปยังเจ้าพนักงานปกครองท้องที่ที่ได้รับใบเรียกเกณฑ์ให้ทราบกำหนดวันและเวลาอันแน่นอนที่จะใช้หรือสร้างที่พักแรมโดยเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะกระทำได้
