ให้นำความในมาตรา ๔๗ มาตรา ๔๘ มาตรา ๘๐ มาตรา ๘๑ มาตรา ๘๒ มาตรา ๘๓ มาตรา ๘๔ มาตรา ๘๕ มาตรา ๘๖ มาตรา ๘๗ และมาตรา ๘๙ รวมทั้งบทกำหนดโทษที่เกี่ยวข้องมาใช้บังคับแก่การเสนอขายหน่วยลงทุนต่อประชาชนและการฟ้องร้องบังคับคดีกับผู้ดูแลผลประโยชน์โดยอนุโลม ค่าใช้จ่ายในการฟ้องร้องบังคับคดีเพื่อประโยชน์ของกองทุนรวมใดให้เรียกร้องได้จากทรัพย์สินของกองทุนรวมนั้น
