ห้ามมิให้บริษัทเป็นหุ้นส่วนในห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ หรือเป็นหุ้นส่วนไม่จำกัดความรับผิดในห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ความตกลงใดอันมีผลเป็นการฝ่าฝืนวรรคหนึ่ง ความตกลงนั้นเป็นโมฆะ
