หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ถ้านายทะเบียนเห็นว่าชื่อของบริษัทใดที่ขอจดทะเบียน ไม่ว่าชื่อนั้นจะเป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาต่างประเทศ เหมือนหรือคล้ายกับชื่อของบริษัทหรือบริษัทเอกชนที่ยื่นหรือที่จดทะเบียนไว้ก่อน ให้นายทะเบียนปฏิเสธการขอจดทะเบียนนั้น และแจ้งให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนทราบ
