การเสนอขายหุ้นและหุ้นกู้ต่อประชาชนที่ได้รับการจดทะเบียนหนังสือชี้ชวนให้ซื้อหุ้นหรือหุ้นกู้โดยถูกต้องตามพระราชบัญญัติบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติดังกล่าวต่อไปได้
