บรรดากฎกระทรวง ประกาศและคำสั่งที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้ได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวง ประกาศ และคำสั่งที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
