หมวด ๕ หุ้นและผู้ถือหุ้น

หุ้นนั้นจะแบ่งแยกมิได้ ถ้าบุคคลตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไปจองหุ้น หรือถือหุ้น หุ้นเดียวหรือหลายหุ้นร่วมกัน บุคคลเหล่านั้นต้องรับผิดร่วมกันในการส่งใช้เงินค่าหุ้นและเงินที่สูงกว่ามูลค่าหุ้น และต้องแต่งตั้งให้บุคคลในจำนวนนั้นแต่เพียงคนเดียวเป็นผู้ใช้สิทธิในฐานะเป็นผู้จองหุ้นหรือผู้ถือหุ้น แล้วแต่กรณี
