หมวด ๕ หุ้นและผู้ถือหุ้น

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๓๕ (๕) และมาตรา ๕๒ หุ้นทุกหุ้นต้องใช้เป็นเงินครั้งเดียวจนเต็มมูลค่า ในการชำระค่าหุ้น ผู้จองหุ้นหรือผู้ซื้อหุ้นจะขอหักกลบลบหนี้กับบริษัทไม่ได้
